Kaibo/North Side:
The Kaibo/North Side staging of the Brenda Tibbets-Lund Breast Cancer 5K Walk/Run took place on the 6th October, 2018. Oh! what a morning to remember. As the walkers and runners got into place, the heavens opened with raindrops showering blessings on those assembled to support the event.
The sunrise then played peek-a-boo with the grey clouds on the horizon cooling the morning off nicely for the participants who braved the raindrops and puddles.
West Bay/Public Beach:
The West Bay/Public Beach staging of the Brenda Tibbetts-Lund 5K/10K Walk/Run followed on the 14th October, 2018 with hundreds coming out to supports. There were adults, children, babies in prams and even dogs out participate and support this very worthy cause, which is a much anticipated annual event on the Cayman calendar.
Thanks to all who came out to support and to all the volunteers and sponsors without whom the Club could not stage this annual event.
